Greetings IKA Members and
Supporters,
This trial that I have
been fighting for
a long period of time has
truly taken its
toll on myself, and on
Tuesday I will begin
working on preparations
for the upcoming
appeal which I must fight.
However, this
time a lawyer will be representing
me, and
things are bound to be
much different. This
has been an unjust trial
from the start against
the IKA and myself, with
the judge siding
against us and favoring
the SPLC at every
opportunity. When this
lawsuit first began,
I spoke with many, many
lawyers trying to
get them to take this case.
They asked for
$70,000 to $100,000, and
we just didn't have
it. There is a very good
lawyer that will
now take my case because
he believes they
violated my constitutional
rights. He said
that he would take the
case for $10,000...
That is GREAT! While this
lawyer does not
share our beliefs, he believes
this is an
abuse of the judicial system
and seems determined
to put up a serious fight
in court. So, anyone
who can send anything in,
please do! In memo

Thank

Now, I am stepping down
from Imperial Wizard
at this time to focus my
efforts on the upcoming
trials. I need time off
because I have not
had any in many years.
Brother Jim Walters
will be taking over the
IKA as Acting Imperial
Wizard for one year until
an election takes
place in which all IKA
Officers across the
nation will be voting.
He is a Patch Holder
and believes in the IKA
as much as I do.
Now, I will be around to
help him with any
and all of his questions.
I have talked with
members in Texas, Kentucky,
Ohio, Virginia,
West Virginia and many
other states. They
understand that I need
to do this. I have
two younger children that
I also take care
of for about three weeks
out of each month.
Now, I am absolutely NOT
quitting the IKA
in any way!!! I am a Patch
Holder and life
member and will be here
to help with whatever
I can. After this case,
I may still need
additional time; we will
see what happens
from that point. I ask
all to stay loyal
to brother Jim and the
IKA. It's not one
man who has built this
great organization,
but all who have stayed
true and worked for
its future and our childrens'
future. Starting
Tuesday, I will be meeting
with my attorney
in Louisville, KY and the
appeal process
will begin. From that day,
Jim will be the

until the election.

The Imperial Klans of America was sued for
2.5 Million Dollars in
Meade County Kentucky.
The trial began November
12 and lasted 3
days. The Southern Poverty
Law Center believes
they will obtain the land
that Ron Edwards
deeded to his son one year
and one month
before the incident that
sparked the lawsuit.
However, that is extremely
unlikely! The
IKA is already preparing
to appeal this unconstitutional
case, which was nearly
a victory for the
IKA. Nine jurors sided
with the SPLC, and
three sided with Mr. Edwards.
It would only
have taken one more juror
for the SPLC to
have lost. Again, this
case WILL be appealed!

donations and the Grouver boy will recieve

Imperial Wizard Ron Edwards. The IKA has
been a functioning pro-White organization
since 1997, establishing the Sixth Era of
the Ku Klux Klan (internationally). Our aims

The Klan was once a white fraternal order
with millions of members all throughout the

well-respected organization that saved our
people from certain destruction in more than
one instance. The Klan has a rich and noble
history that our detractors work day and
night to obscure, ignore, and distort. Of
course, there are also the circus freaks
they portray on television shows like Jerry
(the Zionist) Springer's who call themselves Klansmen.
These types receive all the airtime they
want while more intelligent Klansmen have
a hard time getting little if any at all.
However, with the advent of the Internet
and other technologies, we now have a serious
advantage in dealing with our present situation.
In the past decades, white activists have
been limited to relying on personal contact,
flyering, and other forms of printed literature
to communicate to and recruit our people,
and our movement was stunted as a result
of this deprivation. The Zionist owned book publishers, newspapers &
magazines, record labels, radio and television
stations screened out anything sympathetic
to whites and even went out of their way
to promote everything that is detrimental
to us. Our young people who may have questioned
these things, still uncorrupted and unconditioned,
usually had no way of gaining access to any
other viewpoints during that critical time
of their intellectual development, nor did
any other age group of our people who wished
to explore the alternatives. In essence,
the Jewish supremacists who have always hated us achieved a monopoly
on information itself. No more. The walls
of total censorship have been torn down and
now anyone wishing to examine our side of
the story has complete and total access to
do so. If a young white is curious, all they
have to do is type a few words in a search
engine and they are introduced to the entire
world of White Power. They can view the information
objectively and decide for themselves, rather
than simply being starved from the truth,
which is what ZOG wants more than anything.
This has had dramatic effects on the movement,
and now new recruits are joining our ranks
at exponentially increasing rates.
The types of individuals that we seek are
honorable, intelligent, responsible, and
of pure Aryan heritage. All members must
be willing to commit and dedicate themselves,
and to contribute to the best of their ability.
We need men and women who have courage and
principles, who will take a stand for what
they believe in when the times get hard.
We want people who are not afraid to speak
their minds about what is wrong with America.
We need those who will stand tall and proud
for the future of Faith, Folk, Klan and Nation.
We will NOT tolerate drug users / dealers,
thieves, child molesters / abusers or anyone
with immoral character in our movement. We
are imploring all white people of good character
