If you are a registered owner of a SiteInteractive.com Professional Series program and are not able to access using your pre-selected Username/Password combination, either: Problem: You mis-typed your Username/Password combination? Solution: Try entering your Username/Password combination again. Remember, Username and Passwords are cAsE sensitive, so be sure to type them exactly as you chose them. Problem: You have misplaced or forgotten your Username/Password combination? Solution: Use our Account Finder to have your Username/Password combination emailed back to you instantly! Problem: You have used our Account Finder to retrieve your Username/Password combination only to find a message stating that your Password was deleted! Solution: Our Registered Users Area is protected by Account Manager. If Account Manager logs your Username/Password combination from too many IP addresses in one day, for security purposes, your Password has been deleted. Contact SiteInteractive.com for a new Password. |
